Details:

Located on Camino de la Cruz, Nota Blu New Brasserie is a standout addition to Marbella’s upscale dining scene. Designed by Barcelona-based Astet Studio, the space masterfully combines modern design with Mediterranean warmth. Materials such as natural stone, wood, marble, and blue tones (evoking the sea) contribute to its sophisticated yet inviting ambiance.

The restaurant serves French cuisine with Mediterranean influences under Executive Chef Fabián Cangas. Signature dishes include lenguado Miso Meunière, gratinated lobster, and sashimi of tuna wrapped in crisp brick. On the menu also are seasonal highlights like red prawn tartare with caviar and select seafood platters.

Nota Blu also features special spaces: an expansive wine cellar housing thousands of bottles, a Blu Bar with creative cocktails by Colo Linari, and a terrace that opens views to both sea and mountains.

In 2023, it earned the Restaurant & Bar Design Award in the “Surface Interiors” category, recognized for its exceptional architectural and interior design.
