La Plaza, located at Puente Romano Beach Resort, is the vibrant central space where dining, cocktails, and nightlife merge into one elegant experience. Recently redesigned to evoke the charm of an Andalusian square, it features warm wood flooring, decorative Spanish tiles, and an illuminated olive tree that becomes a focal point as day turns to night.
By day, guests can enjoy a relaxed lunch with options like pumpkin cream pasta or a fresh tofu poke bowl, alongside pastries from Celicioso. In the evenings, the mood shifts: Bar La Plaza delivers creative cocktails inspired by Spanish artistic heritage, while light bites from Nobu and small sharing-plates set the tone.
La Plaza operates year-round, opening in the early afternoon and staying lively well into the early hours. After certain hours (post-21:00), only adults are allowed. A dress code of long pants and closed-toe shoes applies.
